National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis Nadra NICOP Card is issued to an eligible Citizen of Pakistan who lives or has a reference abroad.
Any citizen of Pakistan can apply for a NICOP Pakistan and travel to Pakistan without requiring a visa in case of dual nationality. Please note that the number is a mandatory pre-requisite in the case of applying for a NICOP for newborn babies (if they are born abroad).
